We roast stories
On the windswept west coast of Sweden, where salt clings to the air and storms shape the shore, we built a small roastery among seaweed and weather. Fish Harbour Roasting Company was born from a longing for something honest-coffee that doesn,t rush, that carries stories from distant farms but is roasted with coastal calm.
We don,t try to change the coffee. We just listen. The coffee tells its own story. We simply help it along
