Infused Coffee – A Breakthrough or a Break with Tradition?

In the world of specialty coffee, craftsmanship, transparency, and origin have always been at the core. But in recent years, a new player has quietly entered the scene – infused coffee. This involves beans flavored with, for example, vanilla, rum, or fruit after harvest.

What do you think? Is infused coffee an exciting development – or a step away from what we call specialty?
